Shipping Policy

Where do we ship? — CannaForge currently ships within the United States only. We do not ship internationally, including to Canada.

When do we ship? — Orders are dispatched Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays move on the next business day.

How quickly can you expect your package? — Shipping to the contiguous United States typically takes 2–10 business days after payment is received. Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska may take up to 3 weeks after payment is received.

Discreet shipping — every order is shipped in an unmarked padded envelope with a neutral PO Box return address. No cannabis-related markings appear on the exterior.

Order not arrived? — Give it time. Customs queues and carrier delays can stall a parcel for several days. If your order has not arrived after 25 business days, please contact support@thecannaforge.com so we can open a carrier trace. All messages are answered within 24 hours.

Re-shipping policy — most packages arrive within 2 weeks. Delayed shipments usually arrive in the following 2 weeks. Re-shipping takes place after 25 business days from dispatch. If you do not contact us, we will mark your order as received after 60 days. Re-ships contain the exact same seeds as the original order.

Address accuracy — we print your shipping address exactly as you submitted it. If an incorrect or incomplete address leads to a lost shipment, we do not re-ship for free.

Forwarding addresses — we only guarantee arrival to the address submitted with the original order. We have no control over mail forwarders, so we do not offer re-shipments or refunds if an order is lost through a forwarding service.

Crushed seeds — it rarely happens, but if seeds arrive crushed in transit, send a clear photo of the seeds in their original packaging to support@thecannaforge.com and we will prepare replacement seeds.

Returns — if your seeds did not germinate, contact support to discuss a possible replacement. We cannot re-ship for issues with the resulting plant, as too many environmental factors are involved. Orders cannot be returned or refunded after delivery if you simply change your mind; please confirm your order before checkout.

International — international orders, including Canada, are not currently available. Customers outside the United States should not place an order.

Compliance — all CannaForge shipments are dispatched in accordance with our Compliance page. Seeds are sold for souvenir, genetic preservation, and collection purposes where germination is prohibited. Buyers are responsible for confirming local legality before purchase.
